Team Ownership
I value teams where everyone takes ownership of the codebase, the infrastructure, and the product. The best engineers I've worked with treat every problem as their own — not just the tasks assigned to them.
Pragmatic Architecture
I prefer tools that reduce the distance between idea and production. Dagster for orchestration, Bun for speed. The right abstraction beats the popular one.
Comfortable with Ambiguity
I enjoy working in environments where requirements aren't always clear. I'm comfortable setting up infrastructure, writing CI pipelines, and shipping frontend code — often in the same week.
